Welcome to the Holiday Bounce fest organised by Bowies Balloons & Hire.
This event will take place at the Moonta Town Hall from April 14th & 15th and also on the 21st & 22nd of April.
by buying these tickets and attending and participating in this event you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Liability Waiver
By attending you acknowledge and assume all risks of injury or accident. Bowies Balloons & Hire is not liable for any harm that may occur.
If an accident or injury occurs Bowies balloons & Hire will assist in any way helping the injured, however will not be responsible for any costs of injury or if needing an ambulance.
Rules of Conduct
All Participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
Roughhousing, pushing, running or any dangerous behavior is NOT allowed.
Proper footwear is to be warn when not on any Inflatables.
when on the inflatable's socks are to be warn at all times.
No Food, Drink or sharp objects are allowed on the inflatables.
Children must stay in their designated zones at all times.
Any violation of these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
